How to Apply for Foundation Scholarships

Student

1. Please complete the Scholarship Application Form using the online interactive PDF or print clearly in black ink.  When completed, print all pages of the application.
2. Download or direct your teacher or counselor to the evaluation form, also in interactive PDF format.  The evaluation form should be submitted in a sealed envelope along with your packet.
3. Request an unofficial copy of your current high school transcript from your school Registrar, inclusive of first semester senior year grades.
4. Submit the typewritten financial needs essay.
5. Please provide proof of application to Montgomery College.
6. Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Federal Student Aid Form and submit a copy of the Student Aid Report, which includes your Expected Family Contribuition (EFC), as part of your application. 
7. Please be sure that you have signed the application in all the appropriate places.
8. Please ask your parent to review and sign the application form if you are under 18 years of age.

RETURN THE COMPLETED APPLICATION PACKET WITH THE APPLICATION CHECKLIST BY THE MARCH 15, 2012 DEADLINE.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
