Dr. Paul L. Vance Scholarship
The Montgomery County Public Schools Educational Foundation established the Paul L. Vance Scholarship Fund in honor of the former superintendent. The scholarships will be granted only to MCPS graduating seniors who plan to attend Montgomery College full-time, demonstrate financial need, and show academic potential. Although a minimum grade point average of 2.0 is required, students with higher grade point averages may be given preference. Counselor or teacher recommendations are important considerations as well.
