Scholarships - 2021
- The legislative scholarship application portal for FY2021 has closed. The deadline for all 2021 application materials to be submitted was April 5, 2021.
- Before you begin your application, please be sure to review our Application Guidelines.
- All materials stipulated in the guidelines are required. Please do not include extra materials beyond those required as they will not be reviewed.
- If you are a 2021 MCPS graduating high school senior and want to apply for a legislative scholarship, please check your district and our partner list before starting an application.

- Each district has three delegates. You may want to contact your district's delegates/senator that are not listed below to inquire about their process.
- Students must be registered on MDCAPS.
- School staff must upload required documents (transcript and recommendation) via the online system by the deadline date. When you submit a request to school staff, please make your request as early as possible to ensure the documents are uploaded in time. Note: You must include your name when you email your request on the online portal.
- Out-of-state colleges are only considered for students that have a major that is certified as a unique major by the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
