Preparing students for college and careers is the primary focus of the Young Educators Symposium (YES). If students are aware of the career options and requirements for employment in the field of education, and have opportunities to hear from professionals already working in the field, they will be more equipped to make informed career choices. We hope participation in YES inspires MCPS students to pursue the field of education.
