Request for New MCPSEF Fund
If you believe your department or program requires a fund account with MCPSEF, please complete the following form to initiate a consultation and drafting of a fund memorandum of understanding (MOU):
Fund MOU Request
Upon completion of a Fund Memorandum of Understanding and notification of MCPS leadership, MCPSEF will create the account in which gifts and grants can be directed.
After creation of the account, the requestor/fund authority will be provided with the MCSPEF project account number to input when disbursements are requested from the fund.
You should also provide the fund name for any potential donors so that their gifts can be properly credited to the fund when they are received by MCPSEF.
MCPS employees are responsible for ensuring they are following all appropriate MCPS policies, regulations, and procedures.
