Request for New MCPSEF Account

If you believe your department or program requires an operational account with MCPSEF, please complete the following form to initiate a conversation and drafting of an account memorandum of understanding (MOU):

Account MOU Request

Upon completion of an Account Memorandum of Understanding and approval from all MCPS authorities, MCPSEF will create the account in which gifts can be directed.

After creation of the account, the requestor/account authority will be provided with the MCSPEF account code to input when disbursements are requested from the account.

You should also provide the account name for any potential donors so that their gifts can be properly credited to the account when they are received by MCPSEF.
