Scholarships - 2019

  • Confirmed 2019 partnerships were announced in February.
  • The deadline for all materials to be submitted online was March 31, 2019. The process is now closed.
  • If you are a 2019 MCPS graduating high school senior and want to apply for a legislative scholarship, please call your elected officials that are not listed below to inquire about their process.  
  • Students must be registered on MDCAPS.
  • All items stipulated in the guidelines of the online process are required.  Please do not include extra materials beyond those required, they will not be reviewed. 
  • School staff must upload required documents (transcript and recommendation) via the online system by the deadline date. When you submit a request to school staff, please include your name.
  • Out-of-state colleges are only considered for students that have a major that is certified as a unique major by the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
